Honest Weight Loss: Changing the way we feel and think about ourselves.
Motivation
I don't know about you, but one day, I can feel pumped and excited about weight-loss. I will be so excited to change the things that I need to in order to become what I want to be. However, some days I wake up and the adversary begins putting negative thoughts into my head. Those are the days when I need to see something that will push the doubts away and help me realize that I can do whatever I put my mind to.
